PRAVEEN KUMAR VERMA, YOGA MASTER FROM INDIA
Although holding a Master of Business Administration Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has experience of more than 27 years practicing yoga and more than 14 years as a Yoga Teacher. He is certified RYT 500, ERYT 200, RYS 200, YACEP (Yoga Alliance USA), NDDY, P.G Diploma in Yoga & Asian Yoga Federation Referee. He has been organized his Yoga Workshop in USA, Mexico, Singapore, India and so many in Vietnam.

Before beginning his teaching carrier Mr. Praveen attained many accreditation’s and qualification in the practice of yoga and then traveled the world for exploring also joined many National, International and University yoga competition.

  • Silver medalist of the World Yoga Championship in Rio De Janerio, Brazil in 2002.
  • Represented India in the World Yoga Championship in Portugal in 2003.
  • Won Silver Medal in the World Yoga Championship in Malaysia 2015.
  • 6 Gold and Silver Medals in the All India Inter University Yoga championship.
  • 8 Gold Medals at the Inter College Yoga Championship organized by Kurukshetra University, Haryana, India.
  • Total another more then 20 Medals including Gold and Silver at Indian National, State and District level Yoga Championship.
  • Title of Best Yoga Master and Title of Best Yogi from Parmananda Institute of Yoga Science and Research in Indore whose courses are approved by Yoga Alliance US and International Association of Yoga.
     

Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has been teaching in Singapore. He now teaches several different styles of Yoga, including but not limited to Basic, Hatha from beginner to Advanced level, Power, Therapy, Sun-Salutation, Moon-Salutation, Back-Bend, Twisting, Balancing, Gentle, Yoga Flow, Astanga and Pranayma. Each one of these styles is not only unique but also very special and challenging.

Most of these classes will mainly concentrate on breathing techniques and body alignment. According to Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma: “Yoga is not just about postures and making the body sweat out, it is also about learning to know yourself. The deeper we move within a posture, the more we can learn to concentrate and meditate within ourselves”.

“Yoga is not only a physical exercise but a way of life coordinated with natural laws which enhances the mind and body coordination of the body”.
