He is doing Yoga Practice more than 32 years and 15 years Professional Teaching Experience around the World ( Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, India, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Philippines, Thailand etc. )

Classes will be on Monday to Friday
06:15-07:15am (Beginner and Weight Loss Practice Class)
08:15am to 09:45 am (Asana Alignment & Advance Classes)
04:00pm to 05:15pm (Spine Mobility and Hamstring Flexibility & Teaching Methodology )
weekend Saturday and Sunday
06:30am to 08:00am (Pranayama & Shatkarma)
08:30 – 10:00am (Advance class & Philosophy )
including 30 Minutes Break.
