This event will be divided in three batch a day. Every Batch will have one class a day and total 4 classes in a batch.

Batch A = 09:00-11:00 (Master. Jai)

Batch B = 12:30-14:30 (Master. Praveen)

Batch C = 15:30-17:30 (Master. Praveen & Jai)

Area of Focus

Batch A & B = Beginner to Advance Level Yoga Practice include Hip Opening, Back Bending, Arm Balancing, Twisting, Forward Bending, Power Yoga Flow etc.

Batch C = Asana Alignment, Movements, Asana Philosophy, how to do Asana, Posture Clinic, Modification, Options, Variation, Adjustment and Correction, Step by Step reach in Asana, etc.

After confirming Payment you need to send the screen shot and we will add you in particular selected Batch A, B or C
Things Need to bring Yoga Matt, 2 Blocks, Strap, Yoga wheel, Note Book, Hand Towel, Water Bottle, mask, sanitizer, Food or snacks etc.
No Refund after you register.
Bring your one ID proof photo copy with your self attestation (Passport, adhar card, DL ).
Reach in class before 15 to 30 minutes.
Please wear the Appropriate yoga dress during yoga class and avoid to wear suit and saree.
Avoid to bring any expensive Jewelry and accessories.
Eating Food wont be allow in Yoga Hall.
Carry your personal bag to keep your personal item like shoes, wallet, dress etc.
Outside Participant will be responsible for their own accommodation.
Do not bring kids during the event.
